    1. This is mainly used for the packaging and use of waste paper, and the operator must operate according to the operating procedures.
    2. Check the circuit for misconnection or leakage before starting the hydraulic pump.
    3. If abnormality is found, stop the operation immediately and eliminate the cause.
    4. Hydraulic fluid must be added to the specified oil level line (46# hydraulic oil) before use.
    5. When packing, the operator must pay attention to safety, evenly spread the paper, and place the paper in place. The upper lid door should be closed to start packing.
    6. When packing, the hydraulic handle should be quickly pushed to the specified position to prevent the hydraulic handle from being quickly pushed to the specified position when the valve is packed. When the package is taken, the hydraulic handle should be quickly pushed to the specified position and the hydraulic oil flow is not enough, resulting in the motor passing. The flow causes the motor to overcurrent. Blockage and insufficient hydraulic oil flow cause the motor to over-current.
    7. When the cover cylinder handle is pulled to the return position, the reverse handle is pushed.
    8. All hydraulic rods must be retracted into the hydraulic cylinder after packing to prevent dust from damaging the seal and leaking oil.
    9. Every anti-package around the hydraulic reverse board should be cleaned in time to prevent jamming.
    10. Regular maintenance work should be done, and the oil pipe should be found in the place where it leaks.
    11. When adjusting the pump, valve and pressure gauge, it must be carried out by experienced technicians. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
    12. Do not know the main machine structure, performance and operating procedures. When multiple people operate at the same time, the division of labor should be clear to avoid the danger of misuse.
    13. After the door is opened, it is strictly forbidden to operate the door to prevent accidents.
    14. When running or packing, do not repair or touch the moving parts by hand. Do not press the material in the bin with your hands or feet.

    19. Use 46# anti-abrasion oil, always pay attention to oil temperature, stop when it exceeds 75 degrees.
  • There are many types of hydraulic waste paper balers, but we also have a lot of things to pay attention to during the process of use, which are mainly divided into the following aspects:

    First, the hydraulic baler must first use the extension cord section, and the area should be calculated according to the motor power of the hydraulic baler. Do not touch the power distribution box with wet hands, there is a risk of electric shock. Secondly, when packing water or wet items, a leakage protector should be installed to protect it. Always use gloves, protective glasses, and a mask when installing or packaging. If not used, it may cause injury or health hazard.

    Third, the machine is a baler that uses a strap on the packaged object. Do not use for other purposes. Packaged items are items that need to be packaged. Do not put your hand or body close to the main unit. Do not remove parts such as panels, covers, doors, etc. when using the machine. When the parts are removed, not only will the machine malfunction, but it will easily lead to ginseng accidents. Finally, the power capacity of the hydraulic baler should ensure sufficient capacity, the motor capacity is greater than 5.5KW, the plug and the socket are not easy to generate arc, and there is a danger of fire. The ground terminal must be connected to the ground wire. The grounding resistance must be less than 4 ohms. There is a risk of electric shock when it is not connected to the ground wire or is not fully connected.
  • The disassembly of the waste paper baler hydraulic cylinder requires professional operation. After the disassembly, the price of the straw baler should first check the appearance of each part of the hydraulic cylinder. According to experience, it can be judged which parts can continue to be used and which parts must be replaced and repaired.

    1. The inner surface of the cylinder. The inner surface of the waste paper baler cylinder has a very shallow line-like frictional injury or a point-like flaw, which is allowed, and it is useless.

    If there is a vertical strain, even if a new piston seal is replaced, it is impossible to prevent oil leakage. The inner hole must be ground, or it can be corrected with fine sandpaper or oil stone. When the longitudinal strain is deep and cannot be corrected, the new cylinder must be replaced.

    2. The sliding surface of the piston rod. When a longitudinal strain or a scratch occurs on the sliding surface of the piston rod that slides relative to the sealer piston rod sealing ring, the judgment and treatment method are the same as the inner surface of the cylinder. However, the sliding surface of the piston rod is generally hard chrome plated. If a part of the plating layer is peeled off due to wear and a longitudinal flaw is formed, the oil leakage at the piston rod seal has a great influence on the operation. The old coating must be removed, rechromed and polished. The chrome plating thickness is about 0.05mm.

    3. Sealed. Piston seals and piston rod seals are key components to prevent oil leakage inside the waste paper baler hydraulic cylinder.

    When inspecting the seal, first observe the damage of the lip of the seal and the wear of the seal friction surface. When it is found that there is a slight scratch on the lip of the seal and the friction surface is slightly worn, it is better to replace it with a new one. Seals that have been used for a long time and whose materials are hardened and brittle must also be replaced.

  • work process
    1. Before starting the waste paper baler, check whether the appearance of the equipment is abnormal, whether there are any safety hazards around, whether the iron wire or plastic rope is sufficient. After confirming the normal, open the main air switch of the distribution box, unscrew the emergency stop button, and the power indicator of the electric control box lights up.
    2. Remote local gear selection switch to remote control.
    3. Put the magnetic switch on the remote control into the card slot and press the system start button on the remote control twice. After the alarm sounds for 10 seconds, stop the warning device to run. The red alarm light is always on.
    4. Press the conveyor start button on the remote control, the conveyor belt runs, push the paper or other material into the conveyor inlet, and the conveyor belt brings the material into the packing inlet.
    5. After the paper or other material arrives at the position, press the compression button on the remote control, the red alarm light will flash, and the pressure head will automatically retreat and stop after the pressure is in place (if the compression is started, the pressure head will go to a certain position, and it will not stop. After tens of seconds, it will automatically return to the return position. When returning, the siren will alarm at 1 second frequency. At this time, the arm type will be automatically pressed to loosen the arm on the remote control, so that the arm is released, and then the compression is started until normal. Then alarm. Manually report the arm type with the jack on both sides of the arm, the two sides of the screw rotate into some distance, and then start the compression until the normal does not alarm).
    6. Repeat 4 operations until the required packing length, press and hold the bale button on the remote control for 2 seconds, the device will start automatically, and the indenter will stop when it advances to the front packing position. After the in-position, the siren will sound at 3 seconds. Call the police.
    7. Press the threading button on the remote control, the threading machine will automatically thread the wire or plastic rope, and the threading machine will automatically return to the original position.
    8. Cut the wire or rope to a knot and end it.
    9. Repeat steps 4-8 above. The bag that is out of the bag will be launched one by one, and the finished bag will be placed in a suitable place by a car or forklift.
    10. After the waste paper baler has finished working, press the remote control system stop button, take off the magnetic switch, press the electric control box emergency stop switch, and turn off the main power.
