The following should be done:

1. Maintain the normal amount of oil in the oil tank, so that the system has enough oil to circulate;

2. When the actuator is not working, the system should be unloaded in time;

3. Frequently clean the cooling device to keep it in good working condition;

4. According to the working environment temperature, select hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity;
5. If the ambient temperature is high, high-viscosity oil should be used, and if the ambient temperature is low, low-viscosity oil should be used. Generally, when the temperature is higher than 30℃, the continuous operation time of the green storage straw baler shall not exceed 4 hours; when the temperature is lower than 10℃, the machine needs to be warmed up.
