Recently, Chinese environmental machinery manufacturer NKBALER reached a significant partnership with the Punjab Agricultural Cooperative in Pakistan, successfully exporting an NKB260 fully automatic straw baler. This collaboration not only ensured the smooth delivery of the equipment but also provided professional technical services,demonstrating the deep cooperation between China and Pakistan in the fields of agricultural environmental protection.
The NKB260 straw baler is a flagship product developed by NKBALER. Utilizing an advanced hydraulic system and intelligent control technology, it features high processing efficiency, low energy consumption, and easy operation. The equipment can process 15-18 tons of straw per hour, with a finished bale density exceeding 600 kg/m³, effectively solving local straw processing challenges.
After the equipment arrived in Pakistan, NKBALER immediately dispatched a technical team of three engineers to the project site. During the installation and commissioning process, the team overcame challenges such as high temperatures and unstable power supply, completing the equipment assembly and commissioning in just four days.
Engineers optimized the equipment parameters based on the characteristics of local wheat straw to ensure optimal operation.At the same time, the technical team also provided systematic training to the Pakistani operators, covering equipment operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that the customers could use the equipment independently and proficiently.
The training, which combined theoretical explanations with practical exercises, received unanimous praise from the Pakistani personnel.Since its commissioning, the equipment has performed remarkably well, successfully compressing scattered straw into neat square bales.
This not only addresses the environmental pollution caused by straw burning but also provides a high-quality source of feed for the local livestock industry. After the project concluded, the Chinese and Pakistani teams posed for a group photo in front of the equipment to commemorate this important moment.
