1.The installation height,length and diameter of the suction pipe of the oil pump should meet the calculated values,strive to be short and reduce losses (such as elbows, etc.);and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable cavitation allowance when it is working.The inner diameter of the oil suction pipe should not be less than the specified requirements.The suction pipe should not be too long.The 90 degree bend should not exceed two.It is connected to the inlet of the oil pump with a soft short connection.The installation height of the oil pump should be such that the hydraulic oil can flow to the suction port of the oil pump.

2.The quality of the oil pump installation has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump,so the installation and correction work should be carried out carefully and not rashly.The support or base of the hydraulic pump must be strong and firm,and the pump shaft of the hydraulic pump must be well aligned with the motor.
3.The place where the oil pump is installed should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work.
4.The suction and discharge pipelines of the oil pump should have brackets,which are not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline.
