Gantry shears, hydraulic shears
NKBALER gantry shears are hydraulically driven. Compared with mechanical transmission shears, they have the characteristics of small size, light weight, low movement inertia, low noise, smooth movement, flexible operation and large cutting section.
Hydraulic and electric integrated control, single and continuous action conversion can be implemented, simple and convenient to use, can be stopped and run at any working position, and easy to realize overload protection.
It has a wide range of applications. It can be used as processing equipment for metal recycling and processing units, as well as furnace charge processing in factory foundries and metal cutting processing equipment in the mechanical construction industry.
The length of the working blade of the gantry shear: 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, the larger can reach 2200mm; the shear force is from 300 tons to 1200 tons, suitable for users with different scales and different requirements.
The equipment adopts an integrally welded solid open structure, which can maintain sufficient rigidity of the fuselage and at the same time have a more convenient operating space;
The press-fitting stroke of this series of presses is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, position sensor, or the customer's own mold;
