1. After the machine is transported to the site, it should be rotated on a flat and hard ground. If the ground is uneven, it should be leveled with skids and cement.
2. Check whether the parts of the machine are complete, and whether the fasteners of each connection part are loose or abnormal. If you find any loose parts, please tighten the loose parts. If there are any abnormalities, please consult the manufacturer in time.
3. Properly ground the machine under the guidance of an electrician. It is advisable to use a 6 square multi-strand soft wire for the grounding wire.
4. Add clean hydraulic oil to the oil tank, with the oil level being 4-5 cm away from the top surface of the oil tank (oil level marking line). Recommended hydraulic oil grades: use 100# in summer in the south and 68# hydraulic oil in winter; use 68# in summer in the north and 32# hydraulic oil in winter.
5. Except as otherwise required in the order contract, the main engine is not equipped with power cords, electrical switches or electrical control boxes. When installing, please configure the power cord by yourself. The capacity of the electrical switch or electric control box should be greater than 1-2 times the rated capacity of the motor.
