Cardboard baling and briquetting machine , also known as cardboard hydraulic baling machine, is an environmentally friendly mechanical equipment specially used to process and recycle waste cardboard, cartons and other similar paper materials. The machine converts loose cardboard waste into cube-shaped materials with higher density and smaller volume through efficient compression technology, which not only saves storage space, but also reduces transportation costs and facilitates recycling.
Cardboard baling machine usually consists of main components such as body frame, compression bin, hydraulic system, electrical control system and discharging device. When working, the operator puts the collected waste cardboard into the compression bin and starts the hydraulic system for compression. During the compression process, the cardboard is quickly compressed and the air is expelled to form regular blocks. After reaching the preset pressure, the briquetting machine automatically stops compression and opens the discharging device to push out the compressed cardboard blocks to complete a working cycle.
