This machine employs a new type of
servo hydraulic system, which sends pressure and flow control instructions to the servo controller. Upon receiving these instructions, the servo controller quickly adjusts the speed of the hydraulic AC asynchronous motor. By collecting feedback signals from the motor and the pump port pressure signal, it performs self-high-speed closed-loop calculations for precise control.
When the pressure is not reached, the accurate speed loop operation is carried out. Once entering the set pressure area, the pressure loop control is implemented, ensuring that the plastic waste is effectively compressed into compact blocks. This automatic control system allows the machine to adjust pressure and speed according to actual requirements, thereby improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

Full auto or fully automatic baler is a highly automated recycling machine designed to save labor cost. It can be fed by automatic conveyor and the compacted bale can be fully automatically strapped without any labor. The compaction is also very good for all common wastes. For example, our 125ton auto tie balers can recycle the LDPE, HDPE, PET plastic bottles with bale density 450kg/m3.

There are manufacturers of pet bottles and recycling companies will need the baler machine. If your volume is up to 3-10tons per hour, then a horizontal auto tie baler is required to get the job done.
