Scrap metal forward-out/Turn- out compactor is one of NKBALER Y81 iron scrap baler in our factory. It has a great hydraulic power reach to 160 Ton and the chamber size is 1500×600×600(mm). It can bale many materials such as iron scrap, waste cars, waste cans and tins or any other waste metals.
For NKY81-160 Metal baler, new features include an infinitely variable positioning system, which replaces proximity switches. This new system is not affected by dirt or falling scrap, so the operational problems previously caused by defective proximity switches are eliminated.
Y81 Scrap metal baling press baler have two operation control options, one is hand manual valve operation, and another is PLC control panel, and it’s optional on customers’ requirements, Chamber size, bale size, bale shape can be customized.
meanwhile ,The Cutting function on the side of chamber ,for cutting the extra length of scraps to improve the efficiency. The feeding chamber has cutting function to prevent additive materials caused by carelessness and safety accident, Adopt double pressure protection device.No footing bolts needed in installation, diesel engine can be equipped for power.
