At the invitation of a customer in Haryana, India, our technical personnel traveled to the region to complete the installation and commissioning of a straw baler, the local area solve the challenge of straw disposal.
The local farmland produces a massive amount of wheat and corn straw. In the past, farmers mostly used open-air burning for disposal which not only polluted the environment but also wasted resources. The local government had long since introduced a ban on burning. Against this backdrop, the customer introduced professional straw baling equipment to promote the resourceful utilization of straw. Based on the field operation scenarios, our team completed the installation and commissioning of the main machine, conveyor line, and compaction and binding system. We the equipment’s operating parameters in combination with the physical characteristics of straw during India’s dry season, and provided training to operators in shifts to ensure the equipment could operate continuously around clock.

Currently, the straw baler can process 2.5 to 3 tons of straw per hour, producing compact and uniform bales. After baling, the straw be processed into livestock feed or biomass fuel, turning waste into treasure, with each ton of straw bringing considerable additional income to the customer. The project not only responds to local environmental protection policies also drives the development of the regional circular economy.
